The parameters in the cremation process are infinitely variable, and fully automatic control assures optimum emissions. A fully automatic Supervisory, Control, Data Acquisition and Reporting System is supplied as an integrated part of the system providing both process monitoring and generation of daily, monthly and annual reports to be used towards authorities. Our advanced system operates with very low noise levels. 
Automatic control of the auxiliary burners minimises fuel consumption, particularly with regard to the secondary chamber burner, where fully modulating operation allows for the full compliance with environmental standards whilst keeping fuel consumption at a minimum. |
Special features
Combustion air is regulated via PLC controlled dampers to supply the required volume at the right moment to maintain ideal process conditions. The control system continuously regulates the process according to prevailing conditions.

The ENVIKRAFT cremator is fully automatically controlled. Data from the measuring equipment provides real-time information to the control system to maintain optimum control of the process conditions.
The refractory lining is designed in a special modular design with a high resistance to chemical attack and mechanical erosion. The refractory system has been developed from long experience with hospital- and pathological waste incinerators, as well as miscellaneous liquid and solid wastes thermal systems, supplied by ENVIKRAFT over the past 30 years.
