As energy recovery and environmental protection are of major importance for the health and safety of everyone, the ENVIKRAFT incinerator system fulfils all current emission standards.

The energy produced can be used for a wide range of industrial applications, e.g. district heating, steam for industrial processes, power generation etc., subject to client requirements.

The European emission regulations (Directive 2000/76/EC) as well as the German BimSchV form an integral part in our innovative design. The removal of heavy metal, hydrocloric acids and dioxins, the subject of current discussions, creates the basis for a cleaner environment that is an essential part of the ENVIKRAFT strategy and product concept.

To comply with the strictest environmental requirements we custom design our incinerator systems with combinations of dry, semidry flue gas cleaning systems and/or wet scrubber systems depending on the composition of the actual waste product.

Our comprehensive experience with incineration of all kinds of waste such as pharmaceuticals, plastics, resins, pathological waste, and the impact of these materials on the refractory and its wear and tear has made it possible for us to design the optimum refractory lining for each specific waste product.
